-Develop Performance Swim (Men’s and Women’s) and Women’s Fashion Swim lines from initial trend research to final production

-Work closely with sales to ensure designs are meeting market needs

-Direct print artists so on trend prints are designed and put into repeat

-Order and track all components for sampling and fit processes

-Collaborate with fabric vendors to make sure the most innovative product appropriate fabrics are used and are price appropriate

-Build tech packs to include Tech Sketches, BOMs, and fit comments in Excel (or in NGC)

-Communicate with production team about timelines, factory requirements, and product status'

-Generate costing exercises for each new style developed

-Adhere to calendar deadlines for multiple over-lapping seasons

-Lead Men’s Designer to assure calendar, production, and sampling dates are met
